SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations is not currently available.

COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is included with every Foundry I order within our delivery area. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

ORDER PREPARATION AND DELIVERY

Orders are carefully prepared and packed before dispatch. Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships.

Any delivery estimate provided applies to transit after dispatch unless otherwise stated. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PACKAGING

Each Foundry I set is presented in its signature black NORTHFORGE box and protected by a separate outer shipping package.

For questions about your shipment, tracking issues or an order that arrives damaged, please email info@northforgebrands.com with your order number. For damage, please retain the packaging and include photographs of the packaging and affected item so we can assist you.
