Every NORTHFORGE piece is prepared with care. Complimentary standard shipping is included for Foundry I orders within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations is not currently available.

Complimentary Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is included with every Foundry I order within our delivery area. Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships.

Any delivery estimate provided applies to transit after dispatch unless otherwise stated. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

Careful Packaging

Foundry I is presented in its signature black box and protected by a separate outer shipping package.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the set must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, including both tumblers and the certificate of authenticity.

Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and an appropriate return address. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damage, Defects or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page with the order number and photographs of the packaging and affected item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable, without charging you for the return of an item affected by our error.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will communicate the outcome and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. The posting time depends on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
